To get to know one another a little better, we present to you a brief biography of a featured member. Meet Bill Miller.

William H (Bill) Miller was born February 11, 1931
in Cincinnati. He and his wife, Nancy Ann, have 3
children, Tod, Tim, and Lynn. Both Bill's father and
grandfather were members of our lodge. Bill was
raised to Master Mason on April 25, 1956.

He graduated from Withrow High School and the
Ohio Mechanics Institute. He retired from the
Plastics Division of Cincinnati Milacron after
30 plus years.

He earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and was a
Scout Leader for 30 years. He was a Quarter-
Master for the Sea Scouts while he lived at
Davenport, Iowa on the Mississippi River.
(Question: Why weren't they called the
River Scouts? ). Bill's father was in the Army,
and the family moved about every two years
while he was growing up.

He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean
Conflict.

Bill is a Past Master, has served the lodge in a
variety of positions, and is currently a member
of the History Committee. He has contributed
to our lodge in many capacities over the years.

Bill is avidly interested in the outdoors, wildlife,
and conservation. He and his wife recently
spent a working vaction building nesting habitat
for swans in the Grand Tetons in Wyoming.

Bill has always been willing to lend a helping
hand when a job needed to be done at our
lodge. Express your appreciation for his
efforts at our next meeting.
